About

This series represents hooded figures as bodies of energy, or beings, inhabiting space and interacting with one another. The process begins with pouring ink on canvas and allowing it to find its own shape, then I emphasize the shape and work with the ink and rags to add and remove pigment from the canvas, revealing its final form.

They are all made with sumi or India ink on canvas.
