HUNNA ART

HUNNA Art is coming all the way from Sharjah, exhibiting 4 artists, Aliyah Alawadhi (UAE), Mashael Al Saie (Bahrain), Nour Elbasuni (Egypt) and Reem R. (Palestine). We’re very excited to discover Al Saie’s work – the artists shot our digital cover with Anas Bukhash back in 2021 and we’ve been following her career closely since day 1.

Beyond discovering these galleries, you’ll be able to immerse yourself in talks and musical happenings. We’re very much looking forward listening to “The Revolution of Middle Eastern Art: the Unmissable Visionaries of the Private Sector” on Friday 15th, moderated by Camélia Esmaili, including Sultan Sooud Al-Qassemi and Mohammed Afkhami amongst the speakers.

On Saturday 16th, “Liberated Passion: Forging destinies thanks to an unconventional thought process” will be discussing breaking the mould and pushing boundaries in the Arab World in our day and age when you’re of Arab and North African origins. Panelists include Khalid Abdel-Hadi of MyKali Magazine and Alexandre Paulikevitch, whose dance performances are a resistance act against prejudice.
